Ages 18–29
You are between 18 and 29 and live in New York City.
No college degree required
Your education history does not determine whether you belong here.
Justice-involved participants welcome
Previously incarcerated and justice-involved young men are welcome to apply.
Ready to take part
You are willing to show up, learn, and work with a coach on your goals.
What to bring
Bring your questions. That’s enough to begin.
A clear idea of what you want to work on — it can be a business idea, job goal, or simply a desire to move forward.
A way for us to reach you after you apply, such as a phone number or email address.
An open mind. You do not need a resume, business plan, or degree to start the conversation.
